How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your Soulence account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to one of the following addresses:
   [email protected]
   
   or
   [email protected]
2. Include the email address associated with your Soulence account.
3. Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
4. Once deletion is completed, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

• Email address associated with your account
• Display name
• Profile image (if provided)
• Meditation session history (start/end times, duration)
• Progress tracking and completion status
• Favorite meditations
• Achievements
• User preferences
• Any other personal data stored in our Supabase database linked to your account

All deletions are permanent and irreversible.

Data That May Be Temporarily Retained

For legal, security, or operational reasons, we may retain the following information for a limited time after your account deletion request:

• Technical logs
• Security-related metadata
• System records required for fraud prevention or legal compliance

These records do not include meditation data, personal profile data, or any content created by you as a user.

Retention period: up to 30 days, after which the data is automatically removed from our systems.

Processing Time

We aim to process all account deletion requests as quickly as possible:

• Account deletion: within 7 business days
• Technical log and security data retention: up to 30 days (non-personal, for security and legal purposes only)
